These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Short Story India Short Film Competition, organized by Liongaze Media Services LLP (“Organizer”). By accessing or submitting your entry through this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1. Competition Participation
Participants must submit their entry by emailing a viewing link (YouTube, Vimeo, or other video link) of their short film to the official email address: [official@shortstoryindia.com] along with required details (name, film title, contact information).
Each participant confirms that the submitted film is their original creation and does not violate any copyright or third-party rights.
Only short films submitted within the announced submission period will be considered.
2. Jury and Selection Process
All entries will be viewed by a selected jury panel appointed by Liongaze Media Services LLP.
The jury’s decision regarding selection and winners will be final and binding.
No correspondence or appeals regarding the jury’s decision will be entertained.
3. Publication and OTT Partner Rights
Selected short films may be featured on the official Short Story India platform or published through partner OTT platforms.
By submitting your entry, you grant Liongaze Media Services LLP a non-exclusive right to screen, exhibit, and digitally distribute your film for promotional or exhibition purposes without additional consent or payment.
All ownership and underlying rights to the film remain with the participant, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Disqualification
Entries containing offensive, defamatory, or plagiarized material will be immediately disqualified.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove or reject any entry that breaches these terms or applicable laws.
5. Liability
The Organizer will not be responsible for any technical issues, incomplete submissions, or loss of data during the entry process.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance that the Organizer’s decisions in all matters relating to the competition are final.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on this website, including the competition name, logos, and content, belongs to Liongaze Media Services LLP.
No material from the site may be reproduced or reused without prior written consent.
7. Changes and Updates
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the competition or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of this website after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
